    Hello,

    1. Character name: Poki; account: inqizitorb; server: Medea; Item lost during using web virtual vault.

    2. I bought this item in RUUD shop, around 2020.11.11 19:00-20:00

    3. Date of loss is the same: 2020.11.11 20:00

    4. I was moving the item from virtual vault to normal vault on the website

    5. Bloodangel sword +EDR
