    From my experience, a ticket system is the best way of supporting. It's easier to divide it between our team, i'm see all of them and this is a warranty, so we non lose it.

    Anyway, usually we respond and the ticket is solved in 24 hours. If not, there is usually a bad problem description, or unique thing, that we need to spend time to understand and solve it.

     

    Tbh let’s ask heroes members how disappointed r they about administration work 🙂

    Moreover, who can pay patient when paid a lot of money to max build but still useless af? Got killed easily but dmg back is nothing to them event maxout everything

    I know Arthur's attitude towards servers very well and I know that he fixes everything as much as possible. There is simply no time left for everything. But you senates, what you are looking at, are just writing server-protecting answers everywhere, which is already annoying.

    Tbh these guys nearly made me deleted game and left sever. How he answered players question really make me feel full of toxic and non sense

    I knr lemu dmg is trash because my friend play lemu with bri set in x100 and im also playing her in x50. Low morb clear ability, low support to others class, low dmg deal pvp ( especially with mobile player )

    Earring is not buff to much dmg as i knr. The most important thing here is kundun pvp is trash atm 😂😂😂

    Yeah ikr but have u read my post carefully? I said not only dl but also other class, even my set and items are outed them but cant kill. That is the point

    Did you watch the video? His set only tier 7 🙂 and angel not release bri yet.

    It is sega not angel. Here not point enough for that. Moreover he is tanky also good dmg dealer. Best balance ever

    Here is x50 bro. And he is not full tanky as well. Kundun got nefted because many ppl fight sugardaddy and kanade even outed-items 🙂 then artus nefted kundun like this. Sounds funny but first 380 full dd set 28 set bonus got killed easily by a tanker dl :))
