showed message, after re log (or something like that) it will work, but still dont working...

You have bought different item.

Vault expansion certificate is for your vault as you can see from name itself. 
if you want extend character inventory you need to buy Magic backpack . Once you buy it you’ll get +1 inventory which is half size of main inventory. So to get more space you can buy 2x Magic backpacks to get your inventory space twice more than original one . It’s 2*500wc . But it’s not necessary, you can buy only one expansion and it’s ok

to expand env. do i need to buy Vault expansion certificate? or just can buy MAgic backpack instead?

For inventory you need Magic backpack
