Lost item when transferring from Virtual Vault

Hi, I bought a DA Blade+9 from the Market and when I transferred it to my in-game vault, the item disappeared.

1.  Name of the character: Devilcho, Angel(x50)
2.  Origin of lost items: Bought from web market
3.  Date and time of loss: 

4. How items have disappeared: Disappeared when transferring to in-game vault.
5. In detail about lost items: Attached screenshot of the item.
