Hi,
as previously talked in Ticket, I believe you should look at the calculations applied to the elf.
I think Elf is bugged. It's mainly about how the damage and attack speed of the weapon is calculated. That would also explain why this character is so weak compared to the others.

I just bought Madoka Bow. I had Soul FO before.

Despite going a few tiers higher, I didn't notice much difference in my character's strength. I played on previous servers on SM
The difference was even greater when I changed Manticore Staff to Kanade.
SO difference betwen Madoka and soul should be huge.

Additionally, Attack Speed does not match.
According to the weapon stats, I should get an extra 55 speed attack.
Where in reality it is 27. That's half of the total...

I am thinking about change Bow into Quiver, but im scarred. What if Quiver is even more bugged.

Difference between these two weapons depends on option count on them. If you had Soul FO and now Madoka with just 1-2 options , then Soul bow still better unless you grind Madoka to +13+15.

Hello. About the difference between different tiers of different classes. When i've changed the values, i manually tested each tier, so the damage increase will grow about the same %. SM needs only 1 stuff. But elf need to upgrade 2 weapons at the same time. A little bit harder to notice the difference. 

Also, one important thing, that a lot of players don't notice. Of course, SM damage will be higher, because of 3 ticks per 1 hit. But elf have 4 ticks per 1 hit and higher speed. 

The difference between 7000 and 7700 is the same, as 250000 and 275000 - 10%. 

About the speed. There is a calculation of both weapons divided between them. So if you have 50 speed on the bow and 30 on the quiver, you will have about 40 speed in total. The same for LW, SUM e.t.c.

I talk about both weapon FO +12/+13.

So it's just a bit of a misleading description. Attack Speed is not totaled, it is averaged over the two weapons.


What about the buff for two of the same weapons?
Does it function on elf or not and should it or not?

Because Wizard classes like SM, gets dmg from wizardy dmg, wich are given in % on staffs so there are huge diference if you get better staffs. Almost all mele classes doesn't have huge diferent between weapons. Only thing that can change between weapons is what kind of options you have and set bonus

2 same weapons bonus have only DK,MG and SL. I don't know why other 2 handed classes don't have this bonus, it's a question for the WebZen.

i'll write for my self to make double check about weapon difference between classes.
