Request for Account Unlock and Clarification on Cheating Incident for "mrho" Account on "prime" Server

I am the owner of the "mrho" account on the "prime" server. I lent this account to a friend and discovered that they had used cheats while playing the game. I assure you that I have never used cheats and I really want to resolve this issue so that I can continue playing the game.

 

I apologize for this and hope that you can help me unlock my account. I hope you can understand that I am not the one who used cheats and I will make sure that this will never happen again in the future.

Please check this Topic on How to Bailout from Prison since you are responsible for your own action and choices that you made. Unless this is a permanent ban that you can not bail out from Prison, please provide more information that can help with that, example: different IP of log since that was your friend,...

Thank you for responding to my topic. I am also unsure of the exact reason for my account being locked as I have not received any notification regarding this issue. According to the usual practice, if an account is locked for cheating, it should only be a temporary ban, but my account is currently permanently locked.

 

I have realized my mistake and apologize for lending my account to someone without double-checking. I assure you that I will not allow this to happen in the future.

 

I am trying to resolve this issue so that I can continue playing the game on my account. Therefore, if there is any additional information you need to help me solve this problem, please let me know.

According to the practice of our server for cheats, a lifetime ban of all accounts.  Perhaps Arthur will agree to make you a paid unban, but it will not be cheap.
