LVL cap between normal / master lvl

Please remove level cap between normal and master lvl, its kind of pain if you leave party afk in a day and if 1 char reach 400(and has ML unlocked) 5 levels before other, then others wont gain almost no exp untill you remove the 400level char.

Need to test it. I'm not sure, if this cap will be removed, chars which have more then 255 level gap will receive normal experience. 
If it's works okay, on this week will be update.
