voidrajz 1 Posted February 28, 2023 Hiy there, The item says it can be learned by a Rune Spell Master with min lvl 220, and energy lvl 1058. Still as a Rune Spell Master on lvl 345 with 1500 energy i cant learn it. Mabye im missing something, or the item is buged. Could you tell me what im missing or it is just buged? Thank you!
