i've fixed this problem a few days ago, there must be a box of luck. The pink box was a mistake. 

If you really need an exchange this box for the "box of luck", you can leave your nickname and server. Otherwise, you can just drop away this box.

It still happens. I just got it on Prime. It keeps dropping on the ground without anything happening.

checked the quest config, didn't find Pink chocolate box there

Oh, maybe i didn't reload the server config after making changes.. 
Now must be okay.
