You can't. You need to open it in this "Event inventory". Just make there 4x4 free space, and then open it

You must make free 4x4 cells in "Event inventory".  

Event inventory is the inventory, where you have these card decks, elemental symbols and blue chests.

most of items you can drop away from this inventory. It the worst case, use /clearinv command, to delete all inventory. In some cases i can help, but i'm here not 24\7 and have a lot of other issues to work with.
