Solution to connection problems

If you have problems with connection to the server, MUX Legend lags and freezes, one of the possible solutions might be Pingzapper program. It encrypts game data and sends them through its own server, bypassing problematic nodes.

In order to install it:

1. Go to Pingzapper website and press Download app

2. Unzip the downloaded archive and install the program.

3. Run the program. Input the following data into the login window:

Username: blessvn
Password: Vietnam2023

4. On the Games window press + -> Add custom game:

  • enter the game name (it is not important here what you will write).
  • choose file main.exe, which is located in the game root folder, for example, C:\Games\MUX Legend

  • choose launcher file MUX Legend Launcher.exe, which is located in the same place

How the settings window should look by the end:

5. Press Next. Then choose a server, from which the data will go. Our servers are located in France, so choose Europe (the exact country with the best ping program will choose itself). Finish.

6. At the top of the program, opposite the Pingzapper title, switch to the On value. The game on the list should have On value as well.

7. Run MUX Legend launcher.

If Pingzapper wasn't of help to you, try to install Leatrix Latency Fix.
You will need to:

1. Unzip the archive.

2. Launch Leatrix_Latency_Fix_3.03.exe.

3. Press the Install button.

4. Reload the PC.

No further actions are required, the script should work automatically.

Hello administrator
In my environment I cannot connect without using pingzapper.
The problem there is that the subscription ends with 2 days left.
Could you please extend it?

Since season 17 I cannot connect due to delay.
The connection is lost when starting the game, during the game, moving to an event map, cry wolf or other maps.

Hello Administrators.

Since October 29th, I get the following message when I start pingzapper.

Your username or password is invalid.
Please verify your login details!

Can I use the pingzapper with the username and password I received from the administrator?

Is there any way to avoid using the pingzapper?
I have been experiencing disconnects due to delays since moving from Season 16 to Season 17.

We are working on solving issues with pingzapper
