These wings can have some additional options. If you wanna create wings, you will need the loch's feature. Damage & Absorb damage - 20%. Each level gives an additional 1%. 2nd wings relic receipt: 1st wings +9+16 min. Loch feather Jewel of chaos x1 Success rate: up to 90% 3rd level wings requirements possible options chaos machine 3rd profession 300 level increase chance of full recovery mana by 3% increase chance to return incoming dmg by 3% increase chance of true dmg by 3% 3rd wings relic greater spirit stone 1x min. 3rd level wings. These wings have some serious options. Even blank 3rd level wings are enough to participate in big PvP battles, but receiving some options will give you a good advantage. Condor flame x1 Jewel of chaos x50 Jewel of bless x50 Jewel of soul x50 Jewel of creation x50 Success rate: up to 60% 4th level wings requirements possible options chaos machine 4th profession 300 level increase chance of full recovery mana by x% increase chance of full recovery hp by x% increase chance to return incoming dmg by x% increase chance of true dmg by x% excellent damage increased + x% double damage chance + x% increase speed +x strength increase +x agility increase +x vitality increase +x energy increase +x 4th wings relic greater spirit stone 1x min. 4th level wings. End game content. these wings have a lot of great options, but each option has 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade. The grade of the option is random, and can't be changed after creation. Damage & Absorb damage - 40%. Each level gives an additional 1%. 4th wings relic receipt: 3rd wings +13+16 min. I think some kind of two-handed weapon will give the best results. You can also check the value of the item, just when clicking on the NPC, and move the mouse to your items in inventory. The rate do not influence on this . only have influnce on creation success. that mean u can get with 50% success rate a weapon +4+x.
