Additional options when upgrading items

Don't see any sense in upgrading the items after +9?
Items on the MUX Legend gain additional options when upgraded from +11 and higher!

Excellent weapons: 

+11: Increased attack power +2%
+12: Increased attack power +2%
+13: Increased attack power +2% / Elemental DMG increase +5%
+14: Increased attack power +2% / Increase Critical DMG Rate +2%
+15: Increased attack power +2% / Increase Excellent DMG Rate +1%

Note: Classes that uses only 1 weapon - it gives +4% per each level
Note 2: Magical classes don't receive the "Increased attack power" option. They're receiving an extra % by upgrading the weapon level itself.

Excellent set items: Options depend on the grade. 

+13: Damage decrease +4%
+14: Increase all stats+x / Critical DMG resistance +2%
+15: Increase HP+x / Excellent DMG resistance +1%

Mastery sets: Options depend on the grade. 

+11: Damage decrease +5%
+13: Increase all stats +x 
+15: Increase HP +x 

Shields:

+13: Damage decrease +2%
+14: Increase all stats+x / Critical DMG resistance +2%
+15: Increase HP+x / Excellent DMG resistance +1%

Note: options don't work on socket sets, ancient and non-excellent sets
Note2: for weapons, options are working only from grade 4 and higher.
Note3: for mastery sets, options are working only from grade 3 and higher.

You should add these options to RUUD sets and to socket sets otherwise there is no point from ruud set higher than +13 and socket set higher than +9(since socket sets are mostly for max reflect you don`t need defence bonus)

in normal set why not work if i see options in the decription? only work in exe items? when i put the normal set +13 with dmg reduction i dont see nothing the diff in stdistic.

I have some questions regarding upgrading items past +13.

1. Didn't see any changes in character tab for elemental damage +5% when equipping +13 exc ruud sword.

Didn't notice any number changes in damage done either. Does this option work like pvp option where there is no number change?

2. How does "Critical DMG resistance +1% / Excellent DMG resistance +1%" work?

If player A with 10% exc damage rate attacks player B with exc dmg resistance 2%, then player A has 8% chance to hit player B with exc hit?
