I used the lottery about 35 times yesterday. And 2 times I had RUUD box 15000 in the rewards window.

 - this box was in the rewards window

But then I couldn't find it anywhere. Can you help me and somehow check where this prize has gone.

Thanks! It's a strange situation))) I definitely saw the RUUD box, as I hovered over it with the mouse, and its description popped up there. Could a visual bug be possible?

same with zen lottery 1/3 played 3 times, still 1/3

These achievements need time to refresh, in some cases up to 24 hours. 
Chaos Soul lottery doesn't count in these achievements. Only coin lottery and zen lottery.
