I would suggest:

  • Deleting the game completely
  • Turning off Firewall and any anti virus program.
  • Then redownload the game
  • And finally freshly install it

Could you share some details about your laptop’s or PC's specifications?

Do you have the same problem on a different mu online server with the season 19 version?
Some newcomers occasionally have this problem, but we still haven't figured out the reason.

Maybe at the same time, you're running an official client, launcher, or something like that?

  • Open the Start Menu and type sysdm.cpl to open the System Properties window.
  • Go to the "Advanced" tab and click on Settings under the "Performance" section.
  • In the Performance Options window, click on the Data Execution Prevention tab.
  • Ensure that "Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only" is selected.
  • Alternatively, you can add the game client to the DEP list (by selecting "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select").
  • If the game client isn't listed, click Add and navigate to the game's executable file, then click Apply.

when i try to add main.exe in the list i got the wanring message.

We need more info here.

Press the Windows key, type "Event Viewer", and open it.
In the left panel, expand "Windows Logs" and click "Application".
Look for logs with "Error" or "Warning" levels.
Click on a log entry to view more details about the issue.
