To increase value of the Zen, we have made:

• Removed all pets and rings with 50% zen increase option
• Zen drops like on 10x rate server
• Increased cost of MU Helper 
• Increased cost of warping between locations

All tradings with Personal Store are only with zen and jewels. Also you can buy or sell items via website market for zen, as well as buy or sell zen.

Zen is used for:

• Zen Lottery
• Resets
• Operations with Chaos Machine 
• Website Craft item system
• Virtual guild vault rent
• And some other stuff

That's a great idea, it finally made doing resets almost impossible to a new starter character, who has no zen set. 
I spent three days after reaching 400 lvl only collecting zen to be able to make reset. This is not increase the value of zen, it is decrase the joy of the game. Applasue.

You can earn up to 180kk zen till quest 52, which can be easily made by 0 reset character.

Thank you, I did, spent on resets already.
