You have 45 stats points from quest system, this means, that you passed first 10 quests. There can be bug with quest number, but never with quest points. There can be bug with quest number, but never with quest points. What happened here was, I may had gained the 45 stats points from Quest #84. Which in the first place I have no idea. Then when I attempted to start doing quest, it gave me the quest #85 also successfully rewarding me with the Quest #84. Anyways, doesn't matter.
