I’ve noticed an issue with the "Vote" section on the MuOnline website. While all six links appear to be working, we are not receiving the promised bonuses for voting. This has been happening consistently and affects the incentive to vote for the server. Could you please check the system to ensure that bonuses are being awarded properly for all votes? Best, Naive

You need to visit the Aida NPC to use the Jewels of Harmony.

It should work in Private mode 100%. This is a common issue.

Understood, thanks for the response. But I need to stress how annoying the current process is. After the MUUN-to-zen conversion, I’ve got 6 accounts with 100kkk zen each. To transfer that into the game, I would need to log in 300 times. It’s incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. I accept your decision, but I really hope the rework addresses how painful this process is right now. Accepted and can be closed. Naive.
