In detail about lost items: upgrade level, options, and the exact place where they were before the loss. exc venom mist pant +10 with pvp opt (defensive skill +400 / Max. hp inc +1000) and harmony opt ( max hp inc +49 SD ratio +3) inc max mana 4%, DD 4%, inc zen 30% with luck and additional def +28 i was wearing it till i upgrade it at devias goblin

Hi admin, on 24/11/2023 i was so happy i gotten some toca and wanted to up my exc venom mist pant and i did not realise the toca was un equip during the 2nd upgrade and result burned. Was told i might still got a chance to get it back with some payment? please advise me and sorry for my careless

cheated our feeling to fight for rank 1 and 2 in the end felt like a joke all dropped rank together. wasted so much effort to get tickets all gone down drain
