Don't have one, I've been opening the game from the Main Icon within the game folder, guess I'm doing everything wrong (?)

Title. Basically can't change options as I can't seem to find the launcher. Can run the game but it adjusts to the top left corner of my screen and can't change options or adjust the screen size. Thanks in advance.
