hello mate, if you are new then first of all welcome to Mux Mu and hopefully you join Sega server to play with us ❤️ second and mainly to your problem.. this is most likely a result of anti virus/windows defender deleting/blocking files from the game during or after instellation please share with me here what anti virus do you use. in anycase what you need to do is exclude the game file from scanning and from deleting and reinstall the game after you have excluded the game client and files ! this is very simple to do and its 99% will fix your problem. the best way in my opinion to do that is first before you delete the game now add the client and exe file to the exclude /ignore option.. and then uninstall the game entirely and delete anything . create a new file where you want to install it for example "Mux" then before you install go into the anti virus/defender again and exclude that whole "Mux" folder you created and then reinstall the game there 🙂 i hope this help !

@Ivan Nebraska @Arturs @Devil guys sorry for the tags but please hear me out i think its important subject that getting out of control. ivan recently ban / mute or w/e players based on borg reports regarding trash talk .. and i think this is really getting out of control and something should change about it. you can clearly see 1 player that every day report the entire server for every single word not 1 player or 2 players.. and not for anything big.. infact most of his reports are not even relevant and false report .. hes just trying to get people banned .. his behavior is toxic and so is his reports . it maybe worth mentioning here that this Borg who report all day long spend his entire day in game being as toxic as possible and im not even talking about PKing noobs and new players in low maps pk is part of game .. but im talking that hes literally calling people out in global chat provoking them constnatly hes using very bad language calling people names and even sexual harassments .. toward me aswell but i just ignore him.. and then the moment some one write anything back to him he take a screen shoot that cut and show only the other person replay and make a report. . let me ask you dear admins and senates what do you want to get out of this? make people scared to write anything in global chat in game so that maybe someone make screen shot and make big fake story to get them banned? let alone that this exact person is the most toxic player in game and he use the worst language and hes intentionally provoking . im sorry but trash talk is normal in any MMO i dont do that and i have not been reported cause i ignore borg entirely .. but this game is for 18 years old + and if someone cant take the trash talk he either shouldnt play or defintiely shouldnt start the trash talk ! like borg does. you can clearly see that his reports are toxic and hes not some victim i suggest that you stop doing baby sitting and remove/cancel the ability to report trash talk.. and only get involved when some extreeme lines been crossed . if you ask me.. borg behavior and reports are not doing good to the server and i think the fact that chat is active in sega is a good thing.. new server coming out already and sega still active server with active pvp.. i dont want borg banned and thats why i never even reported him when he said countless of stuff far worse than stuff you ban for. . but infact i dont want anyone to be banned i want to keep the healthy population in sega . and bans especially based on reports of someone like borg are bad for the server and bad for us players. im asking you to read this and take it into consideration and if borg cant handle trash talk he should not start it. please unban and stop with the banning for 0 reason please ! thank you !

@Arturs i have a question please, do socket seeds also give set bonus? if not then here is a suggestion. make sockets seeds also give set bonus based on their numbers but also based on their level.. so Level 6 seeds will give decent set bonus (higher than exe options) why? ": 2 reasons. 1: if seeds dont give set bonus this will be an indirect nerf to socket set because Exe will now get higher set bonus than socket which is the main advantage socket has. 2: making seeds give set bonus with seeds level 6 giving decent amount will be a very nice buff to socket set without actually having to change socket. doing so might give socket set the upper hand over exe which is required at the moment. awful idea bro... in prime maybe that would help.. but make level 7 seed is spit in the face of people in sega who worked their asses to make level 6 seeds for socket set.. you will ask them now to go again unsocket their seeds and then make literally 2x the work? you do remember that to make level 7 you need 2x level 6 yes? not only that along the way theres still chance small but exist of fail.. all you do by that is make socket set quite literally 2x harder to make because as said 1 level 7 = 2x level 6 even if we ignore the chance to fail and for 1 -2 % .. awful awful idea xD horrible really..

dont get me wrong.. i dont want borg to get banned.. infact i dont want anyone to get banned.. you know its a game.. and people like borg do make it more interesting sometimes.. also.. less players in server doent benefit anyone.. so im generally against banning unless something big happened. trash talk is normal.. no one should be banned for some trash talk.. wasnt this game clearly saying its game for 18+ years old? so ya i think any adult can handle some trash talk.. no need to go cry about it and seek for people to get banned.. clearly borg does not have the same mindset as me.. and he just provoke people intentionally to try get them banned .. thats why i said reports for bad language should not be available. about the scams Borg done.. i agree i saw the chat and i think perhaps admin should take the swords he stole and have both of them reach a compremise borg stole F/o soul swords from what i understood but he upgraded them.. perhaps returning 1 to original owner would be fair as there are after all some mats like toca and ruud that he invested. but im not talking about scam here.. this is between the owner of the swords borg and admin.. i do think something should be done as its not first time he does that.. but taking both swords leaving him with nothing also wouldnt be fair right? also banning is not and should not be the instant solution.. think long term about server population. but regarding trash talk.. for god sake remove trash talk report.

honestly.. socket set not so hard to fix ina way that its good. dont forget guys that nerfing exe items could be direct buff to socket set. here are some options that i think could solve socket set without rework or alot of work.. ill split it into 2 different cats 1 will be indirect buff aka nerfing exe and second direct buff nerfing EXE options 1: change the 5% DD from +13 into 2% dd +13 and 1% additional on +15 . this will result in 6% total DD on Exe +13 down from 9. and 7% total DD down from 9 on +15 2: lower the def on Exe items across the board . not only this will make easier to balance between exe / socket def but it will also make agi stat worth more. socket fixing : 1:FIX VISUAL BUGS and update forum so we actually know what the seeds do and how much they give 🙂 2: increase the def to be somewhat equal to Exe of the same grade for each class.. for example. level 400 socket should have same def as grade 120 exe 3: the existing 3% double dmg chance for having full set +15 with weapons.. consider change it to require only set without weapons and +13 . at +15 you can apply pvp option. ty

i think you guys should remove and cancel the option to report players. honestly this is getting unreal. . a new trend to report every one every day. maybe remove the report and call it a day.. trash talk is normal in every MMO out there.. lets not forget that borg him self provoke every one daily and uses bad language .. . if you log into the game for 1 day you will see borg constantly calling people "pussy" "dick" "clint" "no pinish" and alot alot alot more sexual harasment and insults.. infact there is not any one in the whole sega server who uses bad laungage as much and as often as borg yet he and some others think its a cool trend to provoke people for hours and then take some useless screen shot the first time they replay and try post a report here.. for the sake of us all.. please remove the ability to report behavior in forum and make reports only available in ticket for serious stuff like scam or or hacking or some serious abuse.. but pls end the trend of none stop daily report for every time people replay..
