Its all about Luck. Some people get 20% + 10% and some get 10% + 10%. You got the bad one sry. Im just kidding, its only a visual bug, in reality its 20% increase + 10% absorb, test dmg on mobs, u will see its correct.

Ghost Horse 3% HP option is seriously bugged and should be fixed asap. Those that have it have a big advantage over others; game breaking bugs like this should be resolved fast.

You're right about the rules, as there aren't any regarding PKing other people. I know it can be hard and demotivating sometimes, but its also the reason it makes the server exciting. You can stay in non-pvp maps if you want safety. Eventualy you'll get stronger and those PKers will piss you off, so you'll start PKing urself 🙂
