I think you were outside before entering the safe zone. there is a delay in Player's perspective I guess. I can tell it because it happens to me all the time when attackers suddenly came near me when I'm far away. Plus, you don't send the whole video so I supposed you were really outside but cut the video to make it look like this but I don't why you do that.
